Terry ( your organiser)back in training
After Terry’s success in completing the 5k Edinburgh Christmas Run he is now back after a short lay off training for the 5k Run for Scotland . He wants to better his time of 28 minutes which may be difficult as the Run for Scotland course is a little bit tougher than the Christmas route .Terry is not a runner and never will be (legs too short) but it is surprising what a little bit of regular exercise can do, so come on all you couch potatoes join Terry on June 6th. He needs all the support he can get .
Fancy Dress
We shall be awarding prizes for the best original fancy dress outfit so put on your thinking caps and surprise us with your creations. An Antarctic theme wouldn’t go amiss .
The Edinburgh Samba Band to welcome and entertain Challenge Scotland participants.
Enjoy the rhythms of Brazil . Also get groovy with maracaut, reggae, samba de rue and many many ,more Brazilian dances. This will be a chance to see and listen to this Brazilian percussion band definitely not to be missed.
